There are six capsule toy machines located throughout the game; two in Sakuragaoka (outside Abe Store), two in Dobuita (outside You Arcade), and two at the Harbour (inside the Harbour Lounge). This has to be 25 unique toys.
Capsule toys cost ¥100 each, so be mindful as Ryo begins the game with just ¥10,300 and receives ¥500 allowance per day until he begins working at the Harbour later in the game, where money is earned according to how well the player performs.
For me, this achievement unlocked after having more or less 35 different toys.

Make sure to complete this before moving on to the Gainful Employment trophy. You can get it after that point but things start to move more quickly and it is easier to miss.
You need to collect 25 capsule toys from capsule toys machine. It will take at minimum 2,400 yen to complete this step. However, realistically it will cost a good deal more. At times you will receive duplicate capsule toys from the machines, these do not count toward your overall total for the trophy. You receive 500 yen everyday from Ine-san, I would recommend just spending this 500 yen on capsule toys (save your other money for other things). When you start seeing more and more duplicates from one machine, switch to another. Remember there are 2 machines in Sakuragaoka outside Abe Store, 2 machines outside You Arcade, and 3 inside the Tomato Convenience Store at New Yokosuka Harbor District. 1 of the 3 machines there is the same as 1 outside You Arcade so you should only pull from the other two.
