Level 107 in multiplayer - After hitting the 1st switch, firing the small crate & lowering the 1st bridge you have to hold a plunger down to open a vertical gate. Instead of throwing the crate at the 2nd bridge have small guy hold the plunger down while big guy stands on the lower part of the open gate, holding the small crate above his head. Now small guy lets go, gate closes, big guy gets squished.

This is best done on Multiplayer level 107, Scaling on Scales. Early in the level there is a section where you need to hold a switch to open to vertical pillars. With your small character hold the switch to open the pillars, then with your large character hold the small crate and stand on the pillars, and finally release the switch the small character.
