This is on level 5. At the final section of the level you will be prompted to pull a lever on an elevator to send you downwards. Don’t do this but instead keep heading right and jump over and head off screen to the secret area. I won’t spoil what it is but my achievement popped right as I entered. As a side note, I don’t understand the achievement reference. If anyone in the comments knows and wants to offer up the meaning, please do.
