After taking the Employee Elevator in the Lakeview Hotel, you will end up in the basement with two Mandarins roaming around. Since you have no weapons at this point, I highly recommend hiding out in the center room and relying on your map to keep consistent tabs on where you need to go next. For this trophy you'll have to make your way to the room next to the Kitchen and shimmy through the gap to enter it. Once you're in the Kitchen, dodge around the Lying Figure and go into the small dead-end hallway to your left upon entering the Kitchen. Interact with the rack of bread in this little area to pop the trophy.
