How to unlock the Fully Armed achievement in Singularity - Definitive Guide
Since you only need 9 weapon techs to get this I made a short little video of the first 9 i found. I only have ghetto-rigged webcam to record with so sorry about the low res :)
Note: I had two weapons maxed out by the end of my hard playthrough so you can miss several and still get the achievement. It should be safe to spend a few upgrading your secondary but if you're not for SURE dont risk it.

Not a bad video but you missed like 3 before you ever got to the 3rd upgrade on your video if you update it and optimize it you'll get a up vote.

i said the first 9 that i personally found, thereby guaranteeing you the achievement. Didn't say it was the first nine you can find period. This is called "A" solution, not THE solution. Sometimes its fun to play a game and enjoy it at your own pace opposed to following a video turn by turn. Personally, I don't feel that your insignificant upvote is worth going through and trying to find the absolute first 9 for no reason in a game i havent played in years. thanx for the..uh...input tho i guess.

Each weapon has 3 categories: Clip Capacity, Damage, and Reload Speed. Each one must be upgraded twice. Upgrade 1 costs 1 Weapon Tech, and Upgrade 2 costs 2. Add 'em up, and you need a grand total of 9 Weapon Tech to fully upgrade. (I would HIGHLY recommend getting the TMD Equipment that gives you a chance of getting 2 tech in one pickup.)

This is a very weak solution that doesn't particually help but better describes the achievement. If you could give a detailed list of upgrade locations via text or video would help.

Technically a collection trophy, since in order to upgrade a weapon you must find Weapon Upgrade items, which look like a large grey suitcase with blue neon piping. These will be found throughout the campaign in out of the way areas, and you will need 9 to upgrade a weapon to full strength. To maximize your return research the Scientist TMD Equipment, as its effects also apply to Weapon Upgrades, sometimes resulting in getting two per case instead of just one.
The weapon station let's you switch weapons, or upgrade them by pressing . There are 3 categories for each weapon and you can upgrade each category twice. The first upgrade on any of them costs 1 point. The second costs 2 points. To fully upgrade 1 weapon, you will need to spend 9 tech points. The tech points are found in game and can be collected. There are at least 22 that can be found in and one you can buy for 5000 (E99 credits).

I improved the machine from the beginning. But I think you shouldn’t bother too much, by the end of the game you will have enough money to upgrade all your weapons.
