How to unlock the Pen Pal achievement in Singularity - Definitive Guide

Chrono Notes look like blue chalk writing on the walls that's been half rubbed out. Your reticule will change when you look at it to show you that you can age it using the TMD.

There are about 25 in the game and you can have this done and dusted by the end of Stage 3 - beginning of 4.

Also most are very obvious with them being at the top of stairs, at a drop, end of a corridor or before an obvious ambush.

I don't think I missed any, and no unlock. This achievement bugged?

Yeh, it will count over multiple plays as the other achievements also do. Although it may be bugged :/

Mine popped near the end of the game but i did miss 5-6.

To check the progress you can go to "Review" from the main menu. Then select "statistics" and its under "Chrono-notes found". Press right on the left thumb stick or direction pad and this is also where you can see the public match statistic for the online challenges like wins and Beacons Renewed.

After getting the TMD, you can use the TMD Renew ability to restore fragmentary notes scattered throughout the game, gaining some insight into the story along the way. These appear as glowing blue scribbles on the walls and floors in the game, and when your reticle is over the area, a blue indicator will appear to the left of the crosshairs. Press to make the writing appear, and usually blow your mind. There are a huge number of these notes throughout the game, and are usually quite obvious.

Chrono-Notes are very easy to spot. They are normally in your main path and have a glowing purplish tint to them. There are more than 15 total in the game, so missing a few is okay. You can follow the guide HERE to make sure you get them. You must press on them.

Not a problem, not even once, a trophy. As the game progresses, you will find more than 50 of these notes for sure.

These notes will appear throughout the game, mainly on walls, they look like some kind of glowing scribbles on the wall, or a white halo on the wall. Use your TMD recovery option on them by clicking
