How to unlock the Rail Line achievement in Singularity - Definitive Guide

The other solution is incorrect.

This will pop before the boss fight of Mission 3.

You will come to a large, open area. This is the part where you have to give Kathryn a boost up onto the train carraige with the E-99 machine on it. Once you give her a boost, a few soldiers will rush at you, along with a few shielded soldiers. There will also be a rocket guy on the left of the area firing rockets at you. Once these are dead, you can rejuvenate the train that the carraige is attached to. When you do this, the achievement will pop BEFORE the boss fight.
