Kill 25 people with the Impulse power. Ticks are by far the easiest to kill with this power. Other than ticks nothing else is exactly easy to kill with Impulse. Just try shooting till there health is low and blast away, keep in mind Impulse takes a bit to charge so use it when an enemy's health is very low while you can.
