1. sacrifice yourself to stop Demichev by shooting Demichev and then turning around and pressing LB to open a time warp you must then shoot yourself in the head
2. kill Barisov
3. kill both Barisov & Demichev
Once you completed one action, just select Continue from the main menu and you'll be brought back to a save just before the room
Lord, Maim
After both Barisov and Demichev make their arguments about what you should do, shoot Demichev in the face. When prompted, turn around and use the TMD Age ability with the
button on the singularity and you will travel back to the fire in the Workers' District in 1955. Shoot yourself in the head (why can't you just shoot Demichev?) to collapse the timeline and earn this trophy.

During the final scene in the game, you will be given 3 choices which all result in different endings. To gain all of the endings, you can continue from the main menu and choose the other route. Just make sure you don't start a new game before gaining all 3 achievements revolving around the endings. Also, you are forced to shoot Demichev (the man on the right) once to stop him from killing you. Then you can make your choice.
The Good of the Many: For this choice, you will need to kill yourself by going back in time. Turn around from where you are facing and press 
on the big sphere to go back in time to the fire sequence at the start of the game. Now shoot your other self.
One TMD to Rule Them All: Shoot both Barisov and Demichev.
The Needs of the Few: Shoot Barisov
