There are three endings once you make it to the end. For all three endings just do the following:
The Good of the Many: (Good) -
Once you are told to make a choice turn around and charge up the Singularity with LB.
One TMD to Rule Them All (Neutral) -
Kill Barisov and Demichev for this ending.
The Needs of the Few (Bad) -
Just kill Barisov for this ending.
Once you are done with an ending just go back to the main menu and click continue to do another ending.

At the end of the game you get the choice to:
1. sacrifice yourself to stop Demichev by shooting Demichev and then turning around and pressing LB to open a time warp you must then shoot yourself in the head
2. kill Barisov
3. kill both Barisov & Demichev
Once you have completed one action, just select Continue from the main menu and you'll be brought back to a checkpoint just before the room

yes, just load up your last save and you should be at the checkpoint right before the end of the game i believe. Thanks for the thumbs!

Thanks, I was wondering if I had to do 3 playthroughs or if there was a way to do one then start up a save file and do the other 2. It's funny you got the achievement 1st and posted your solution 1st but the other guy still has more upvotes than you

Story related trophy, one of three possible endings. You can reload the final autosave by selecting "Continue" off the main menu after the credits, and get the other two endings as well.
After both Barisov and Demichev make their arguments about what you should do, shoot Barisov in the face. Then hum the Imperial March theme to yourself as you watch the Cole Macgrath ending.
