To get this, you must receive your 5th member of your team. To do this, all you have to do is simply reach 600,000 boards sold.

Once you hit 600,000 skateboards sold through different challenges you have completed, you can choose your 4th and final teammate to add to your team.

In order to pick your fourth and final teammate, you must sell 600,000 boards. After you pick your last teammate the trophy will pop.

As you progress through the game, you will have followers who will join your team and participate in competitions. You need to unlock 4 buddies so that you end up with 5 in your team.
