After earning your 2nd milestone (50k board sales), your Team HQ will be available to use. To get to it, head to the Industrial district. Or if you're impatient, head to skate.Park under the locations tab, and the Team HQ section will be available..

For some reason I don't have this achievement but i have 1.9 M board sales. It has to be glitched because last time I updated i got the 1st and 2nd teammate award that didn't unlock.

Somehow I was able to unlock this achievement while being offline.

You unlock the Team Headquarters once you have sold 50,000 boards (Milestone 2).

Once you sell 50,000 boards, you will reach Milestone 2. Reda will call you about a new Team HQ in the Industrial Area, and this trophy will pop.
