Skate 3

Upload 5 Films: Simply skate in 30 seconds, then press back and edit timeline to 1 or 2 seconds since it will save and upload it faster.
Repeat x4

Upload 5 Photos: Simply pick a sequence from the replay editor and press X to save the Photo.
Repeat x4

Upload 3 Skate Parks: Press START and choose skate.park and then pick New Park. Choose a empty park since the upload will go much more faster. Then add several objects randomly over the area the press START and Quit the choose to save your park.
Repeat x2

After you've done all this things you need to press START and visit skate.reel and choose to upload your 5 Films and Photos. Then exit and visit skate.park and choose to upload your 3 Skate Parks.

There you go! You're now 20 Gamerscore/45 TrueAchievement Score richer! (Keep in mind for possible TrueAchievement Score changes)

Thanks to EA making many online passes now free, the skate share pack can now be downloaded for free from
http://marketplace.xbox.com/en-US/Product/Skate-Share-Pack/0...
So now you can get the achievement even if you didn't have a code for the pack, as now everyone can download it for free!

DillonDay has said that the uploading process doesn't work on the 4gb memory unit you get with the Xbox 360 slim - if you want this achievement, make sure that you're using either a non-slim Xbox or if you're using a slim Xbox make sure it's the 250gb one. Try it round a friend's house if you've got a slim 4gb Xbox.

I think we can now safely say that you need a code from the box, but now it will work when you put in your code. Thanks to 'FuhzDHAT' for confirming that its not on for everyone and thanks to 'young tugboatz' for confirming that it now works when you put in your code.
So, if you bought the game new you can get this for free, otherwise you'll probably hae to pay.

Artsy Fartsy - upload 5 films, 5 photos and 3 skate. parks

Not to detract from the other solutions, as they give you a good idea of how to get the achievement, but this solution is mainly to inform people about the obtaining of a skate. share pack

I purchased my copy of the game new, but when I entered my code, it wouldn't allow me to download the pack, due to the code being expired. However, when I went on the game more recently, I found that, when looking in the dlc menu, there was a tick in the skate. share pack box. I tried uploading the videos, photos and parks (and rating other people's for the constructive criticism achievement), and voila, achievement unlocked - Artsy Fartsy.

I have therefore come to the conclusion that either EA has returned the feature to redeem codes, OR that they have turned the skate. share pack on for everyone. Please post in the comments if this works for you and it lets you redeem your code to get this achievement ticked off.

TrueGrungeAngel's solution is 100% TRUE!!! but i only wanted to add 1 thing to it he didn't mention. you also need the Skate Share Pack in the DLC menu. if you bought the game new the game came with an activation code... all you have to do is enter it in when you select it and you should get the Share Pack no prob. HOWEVER if you got the game used like i did or merely rented it, your most likely going to have to fork over 800 microsoft points(10.00$) for it. but in the end once you get the DLC just do what TrueGrungeAngel just said and the achievement will pop up!

I found the older solutions to not work that great (a few steps didn't match up with what I found in the game), so here is what worked for me.

First off, I had to download the share pack DLC. I am not sure if this costs any money, I think I had it from buying all the DLC levels years ago.

5x Videos
skate for a bit, then press and then to edit timeline
Use + to crop the video to 2 seconds long.
Press to finish and select Upload Video
Click yes to contine, then in the Tag your Footage menu, select Upload Footage
Wait for it to finish uploading

Do this 5 times

5x Photos
Whilst still in the video editor, press to take a photo and click yes to save
Take 5 photos and save them with this method
At this point the photos have not uploaded, you've just saved them.
Go back to the game, and press and go to Career > Create then select skate.Reel
Select My Photos
Highlight a photo and press to upload, then select Upload Footage

Do this for all 5 saved photos

3x Skate Parks
Go back to the game, and press and go to Career > Create then select skate.Park
Select New Park and press to open an empty park with default settings
Press + to enter the park editor, then press to add a new object
Pick any object and place it down in your park.
press and go to Career > Create then select Save Park. Enter a unique name and save it.
Make a small change and save your park another 2 times so you have 3 saved parks, again, they are not uploaded yet.
press and go to Career > Create then select Skate.Park and go to My Parks
Highlight a park and press to upload it. in the Tag menu, just hit Upload Park
Do this for all 3 saved parks


I found that Skate.Reel menu became greyed out when I was in my custom park. if you get stuck in this way, teleport to a location outside the custom park and you should have access to skate.reel again
