Much easier method you can do from the start is going to the observatory and follow the road until you find a long guard rail.

For this achievement you need to perform a 100 meter or 300 foot grind. Yes, you can go over the distance required. There is a spot in the University District, next to the Super Ultra Mega Park. It's where you do the first Hall Of Meat challenge (Meat in Training). The video below will give you a a visual explanation on how to get the achievement.

Once you've completed the "Hall of Meat - Meat in Training" Challenge, you will be on top of a huge hill that winds down a long . Ollie on this rail with a boardslide and ride it all the way down. The rail in 400+ feet so you shouldn't have trouble with this.

An easy way to get this trophy is after you beat "Hall of Meat - Meat in Training". You'll be on top of a huge hill with a rail that's about 500 feet long. Just ollie and grind it and by the time you reach the bottom, you'll get the trophy. Here's a helpful video:
