Simply win 5 ranked online game modes, can all be done in the same mode (I got mine playing Hall of Meat).
To join a Ranked game press start and go to the right once (Career> Xbox Live) and select Online Challenge Map, from here go over all the way to the right (Versus) and select Custom Match (Versus: Ranked) and select which game mode you would like to play.

Yo Rusty, found out a very quick way to get this achievement, Maybe you can put it in your solution.
But you have to have a boosting partner for this. Both have to choose "Domination" and "Hardcore" difficulty at the same time. Not many ppl are playing this and you will get paired up easily. The lobby will close after 15 sec. with only 2 players, so the chance to be alone is very high.

Each full game that you play of any various gametype counts as a single challenge. Win 5 of these and this achievement is yours.
