I hate to see an achievement with no solutions, even if there's not much to say about it.
The two photo challenges are very easy. The first is a simple gap over some trash, and the second is a manual across a pad, which looks slightly trickier at first, but there is a ramp to the right that makes the initial hop up much easier.
Both challenges are in the street park area of the DLC. You need to beat the first to unlock the second.

Money Manual – For this Photo you need to ollie onto the platform and just perform a simple manual along it. I managed to ollie onto it (its quite a heigh) but you'll see to your right there is a small kicker. If you're having trouble getting yourself up onto the platform just get off you board and move the ramp into place and use it to help you get that extra bit air.
The Clean-Up Shot – Easy as pie! Gather a bit of speed, get a good ollie and do any grab trick over the dumpsters.

These are really easy so you shouldn’t have any problems. You should see the first one immediately after the contest, then the second one nearby after completing the first.
The first one just requires you to jump over the bins, and grab (

) in midair. You should get this first time no problem. The second requires you to jump onto the platform, land in a manual (hold 
lightly), hold it across the platform then jump off. This might take a couple of tries depending on how good you are at landing into manuals but nothing too daunting. The trophy will unlock after completing the second photo challenge.
