The pro challenges come in five flavours.

Film: perform the tricks as requested at certain gaps. Owning these challenges is pretty easy (you are usually just required to jump the gaps or grind a rail). Killing the challenges is a fair bit harder but not a requirement for this achievement.

Race: can you guess? These are easy enough, especially if you remember that you don't actually need to pass through all the gates.

1-Up: you get a few seconds to score some points. Then the AI follows. If he doesn't beat your total, he loses a life. If he does, you have to beat his new score. Or you lose a life. Three lives and you're out. Learn a few flip tricks (inward heelflips and the like). Hit loads of them and you'll win. The AI is a bit gash to be honest.

Jam: 1v1 timed battle. Just hit flips and grinds wherever possible. If you see a good location to score from, set your respawn point and spam it.

Follow: press Y to get off your board and then follow the AI guy while holding down 'A'. You'll keep up and you won't be bailing. Super easy.
