I got it on whitehorse. Get full boost, back up your rider to the orange fence and line him up. Then put the gas on tring to stay striaght as possible. Then hit your boost and pray that it unlocks. I did this with the fastest bike (upgraded)
(the last bike). I used a person with strength and stamina. Also make sure that the other rider bang u enough the give u full boost the first time then move aside and wait to they all go by and then set up. I hope this works for anyone. It took me a couple of tries so keep gunning for it.

Two things:
1) I recommend using a character that has stamina and ferocity. Strength only helps flipping the sled
2) You need to JUMP (A button) about 1/2 to 3/4 of the way up the jump. I started jumping at the top but that didn't help. I noticed that i was slowing down near the top of the hill so i decided to jump at that point.
