This one is very easy in a level where you have the Bomber. That's because the Bomber is resistant, and you can recover easily as the plane doesn't fall quickly unlike the Fighter or the Attacker. To recover, just shake the controller and push the 
upwards to extinguish the flames. Be careful to not take too much damage while being burned, or your plane will dislocate and you'll die.
