This one is pretty easy. You need to destroy 5 planes with missiles (a secondary weapon you must collect) over the level, then complete or fail the mission. A good level to do it is level 16, as you can get a missile power-up at the beginning of the level, and there are tons of enemies. So getting 5 frags with missiles won't be hard.
