Slain: Back From Hell

So this one is fairly simple, you just need to die 100 times. Due to the less than precise controls it shouldn't be too hard. If you've honed your reflexes with countless platformers then you may struggle to get this one. If you're going for all achievements then you don't need to force this one as it should happen naturally, preferably before you break your controller.
