This cheevo is mistranslated.It's not under 30 seconds but 50s or 1 minute.I won this cheevo during the following video (but you can't see the cheevo pop sorry).So it's not so hard.Here's the vid !
Be agressive ! Deflect a lot of the bullets of the bit** in her face and stay always close.
At nearly 40% of her life use your magic bomb (by using
+ 
in the same time).
Finish her by deflecting bullets a lot again.Ice axe is the best for deflecting bullets.
Should be good after a few tries.It's not so easy but doable if you're agressive.

Hi ! I don't really remember, but if I hadn't got the cheevo after killing him I restarted to the last checkpoint iirc.Good luck !
