How to unlock the Hail the Great Horned Metal God! achievement in Slain: Back From Hell - Definitive Guide

The game tells you after you kill a boss to press attack to "Headbang" Do this after each boss and when you beat Hogre you will have this achievement. If you miss a headbang after beating one of them you can restart the checkpoint directly before jumping in the portal, If you jump into the portal and miss it you have to repeat the entire level.

After the first boss, the game prompts you to hold square and headbang. Do this after each main area boss and it's yours. The last boss to count is Hogre on the way to the final boss, who doesn't count for some reason.
