One of the more difficult ones in this list especially if you are trying to do it along with collecting all the clue bottles.
If you have spare lives I would recommend making suicide runs for the bottles and then dying. the bottles still count there is 2 counts where this may come into play for you.
At the very end of the level there is a guard looking over a ledge with a candle in front of him. you need to break that candle to summon the vine to beat the level but the guard is super close to the candle.
I had a spare lucky charm (From dying a few times on this level) I jumped infront of him which caused him to shoot me but it also broke the candle. I landed in water beneath him so it teleported me right back up and I jumped on the vine in time. You can rewind the game to try and get that fall or you can just take the hike back up there. its up to you
