Tricky Achievement as animation cutscenes make the Bird drop the snakes tail. I was unable to get the Achievement to unlock in regular mode, but it did unlock in time trial. Anytime the Bird drops the tail, do not move the snake and immediately press Y to get the Bird to lift the tail again.

Though this is in the first level, I would recommend finishing the entire first set of four levels to unlock time trial. With this completed head back to 1-1 Paradise Path, as soon as you gain control of Noodle press Triangle and proceed to the end of the level and grab the pink keystone.

Try not to move after getting them, because even the slightest slither can invalidate the achievement. After Doodle finished the gatestone grab animation, grab your tail again and move on to the next one. Repeat this for every piece, and the achievement will pop up after completing the level.
