A good place for this achievement is directly at the beginning of mission 3 - Kaiser-Friedrich Museum. There is an enemy 150 meter away on street from your start point which have random a grenade on the belt. Shoot this grenade with your rifle from the start. If the enemy does not have a grenade, restart the mission until he has one.

Wtf, the american grenade is so small, can't it be a german grenade?

I did this near the start of the first level (not the prologue!) "Schöneberg Convoy", when you first engage in long-range combat with multiple enemies. Remember to take into account bullet dynamics in correlation to what difficulty you are playing on.

To do this , play a mission in cadet mode and scout soldiers with binoculars to see if they have a grenade on their belt. This has to be done from 100+ m to work. Once shot, the trophy is yours.

This can be obtained at many opportunities throughout the campaign, but here are a couple of specific locations.
During Mission 1, 'Schoneberg Convoy', after you clear the first street and head through a building to come to another long street, there will be 5-6 enemies walking around (and an elevated sniper at the end of the street). One or more of them have a grenade on their belt, so observe them to find out which one does. to focus your shot. If you hit the grenade and are at least 100 meters away, the achievement will unlock.
During Mission 4, 'Kaiser-Friedrich Museum', after you acquire the Mosin Nagant rifle, exit the building and down the street to the right there will be four enemies standing there. One of them as a grenade on his belt. Shooting it will make it explode, killing all four enemies and will unlock the achievement since the distance is roughly 110 meters. Using this method will also earn progress towards Potato Masher (40G).
