Turn off the tutorials in the options and start the prologue on cadet difficulty. With disabling the tutorials the prologue is really short and nearly perfect for both achievements.
Don't miss a shot with your rifle and don't get a hit otherwise restart the prologue. There are only 4 enemies to kill.

Another level you can do this on is Neudorf Outpost which is under 'Challenge' in the Single Player Menu. Since there is an Achievement for completing that level without alerting any AI, if you go for that you are guarantied to get this one too. Also that level has Sound Masking which makes it so much easier to shoot enemies
