Mission 6, Tiergaten Flak Tower
About 10 minutes into the mission, you will come to a tower's stairs. This is where the achievement starts at, not any of the killing in the building before that. There will be two checkpoints that you will have in case you get seen by a guard. One at the beginning of the tower, and one when going up the steps towards the top of the tower. Try to use the Welrod pistol to quietly take out the enemies.

It's laughable how hard all these guides make this cheevo out to be. You can sprint through the entire level in about a minute, kill everyone in front of the tower and get through in 5 kills with little effort.
