This is a bit of a grind but thankfully you can change the time limit per game from the default of three minutes. Once you have obtained the 'Pts trophies', exit to the main menu and go into settings. From here, you can change the lime limit down to one minute.
Once you have obtained the other trophies, you can play the one minute games through or just idle for a minute and rematch until you've hit 100. After completing your 100th game, this trophy will pop.
