I completed this trophy after about seven games as I didn't realise that you could change the time limit in settings. If you are struggling to hit the target, exit to the main menu and go into the settings. From here, you can alter the time limit up to 15 minutes per game.

You obtain points for hitting specific targets e.g. scoring a goal (getting the ball below your opponents flippers nets you 500 points). You also obtain points from hitting the players on your side and you don't lose points from own goals. If you decide to try this 'legit', hold  after releasing the ball so that when you score or lose a ball, you can fire again instantly, saving you a couple of seconds each time.
