You can make your own custom dungeons with the Dungeon Maker from the main menu.
Enter the Dungeon Maker, add a title to your new map and click apply, leaving everything else as default.
From the left hand menu, drag and drop any of the available "empty rooms" to the middle blueprint then click what looks like a chest from the same left hand menu.
Scroll all the way down to the "Adventuring" group and drag and drop an Entrance in to the newly added room.
Save the map and in the top right corner of the screen click playtest and enjoy the new achievement!

Is the Dungeon Maker available on Xbox?
While you can download Dungeon Maker maps & campaigns from https://solasta.mod.io/ and play them on Xbox, you can't create custom content directly via the Dungeon Maker on Xbox. The Dungeon Maker was deemed too complex to adapt to pad control, so creating custom maps & campaigns is limited to the PC version for now.

Thanks Pink Freud. The solution was written when this game was exclusive to the PC version.
