Much like the kill the fake elder achievement, this can only be gotten by successfully passing both the persuasion and investigation checks while confronting the fake elder. After the fight with the fake elder go to where Greybear tells you to investigate, a fight will ensue, afterwards a cutscene and the achievement will pop.
