Solasta: Crown of the Magister

Cone of Cold, a high level wizard spell, is by far the best spell to use for cold damage. It does an incredibly large AoE as a cone projecting from the caster and powerful cold damage. Group up some enemies (preferably with low health) and unleash the cold until you get 20 kills.
