This achievement is gotten during the Northern Clans side quest, The Ice Trap, which can be found at Snorri's Cabin. After fighting some Tundra Tigers, you can find Ketil and Helga on the other side of the ice in a cave. DO NOT HEAL HELGA BEFORE THE FIGHT, you don't need a cleric as Marduk himself can cast lesser restoration.
