You simply need to win 1 game of Spider, Klondike and FreeCell solitaire, HOWEVER you must do this in one sitting to get the trophy to unlock.
This is the same as the trophies for winning 5 games of FreeCell and 5 games of Klondike - they must be done in one sitting.
If anyone else had success unlocking them in multiple sittings then let me know in the comments, because none of mine would unlock until I did them in one go.
