The reason I suggest Drives over animals is because certain animals actually lower your level progress of certain attributes while raising others. Once you get all the attributes up with drives you will need to use fruit to get up your stamina as there are no drives for this. When available you can also purchase Chao Fruit from the black Market, this is a very unique and handy fruit as it puts up ALL attributes when eaten.
A little tip for those looking at the fastest Chaos drive farming method, start up Metal Harbour, kill the first 10 enemies (and picking up their drives) then exit the stage. Load up Chao World, enter your garden and you will have kept the drives from the stage. Rinse and repeat for quick leveling.

For this trophy you must all 5 properties of a Chao to level 10. The 5 properties that each Chao has are as follows:
- Swim
- Fly
- Run
- Power
- Stamina
All of these attributes are important in their own ways and hold significant factors during Chao Races and Chao Karate. To increase your Chaos attributes you have 3 different objects you can feed them to increase their statistics.
- Chaos Drives
- Animals
- Fruits
Chaos Drives:
Chaos Drives found by destroying G.U.N Robots throughout various levels. Chaos Drives are good as they only increase your Chaos stats and don't hold any negative side effects when feeding them to your Chao. Each time you give your Chao a Chaos Drive its stat will increase by 2-3 bars on the gauge. Here are the Chaos Drives and what property they increase:
Yellow: Swim
Purple: Fly
Green: Run
Red: Power
Stamina can only be increased through fruits which will be detailed below.
Animals:
Animals can be found in random corners of various stages, by destroying Eggman Robots and through Chao Boxes (opening the 2nd and 3rd one in a stage will give you regular animes and a rare animal. There are a lot of pros and cons to using animals instead of Chaos Drives.
- Chaos obtains a bit of the animals appearance when absorbed though with each animal given they learn various attributes.
- While certain animals exceed in increasing the stats of certain properties and give you a slight increase in all others, they also decrease the properties to one of them.
Between all of the animals the ones you want are the "Legendary" animals which hold no negative statistic changes to them however these "Legendary" animals can only be found in the last Chao Box of each stage, hiding somewhere out of the way in a stage and even stuck behind a cage in a stage.

Fruits:
Fruits are great because they can grow right in your Chao Garden as well as be bought. Going over what's available to you right away, the regular Fruit that grow in the Chao Gardens all give your Chao one bar of Stamina for each bite that take into it. You can also go to the Black Market (located in the left most corner of the Kindergarden) and purchase Chao Fruit which increases every stat of your Chao when he takes a bite into it, the Chao Fruit cost 200 Rings. Keep in mind you want to feed them to your Chaos immediately after you purchase them and left them in their Gardens, the fruits do age and will expire after a number of visits.
Farming Rings
Fruits can get quite expensive especially if you are in dire need of a lot of them. A good way to farm your rings it to replay the 3rd Mission for City Escape for finding the Lost Chao (if you don't have that then the normal missions works just fine too) and play through the level multiple times in one sitting until you are maxed out at 999 rings and then back out rinse and repeat. It is an easy level that gives you multiple barriers throughout the level, so long as you don't get hit one too many times you should be fine.

Infinite Animal/Chao Drive Trick:
Upgrading your Chao to level 10 in all their properties won't be a problem however the real issue lies with how much you do have to increase their level for modes such as Chao Races and Chao Karate. You can only hold 10 Animals/Chao Drives at a time so it may get a bit tiring going through levels and getting the Animals/Chao Drives over and over again.
This neat little trick allows you to recycle what your Chao absorbs and use it over and over. This trick does take a bit of spacing and positioning and may not even work 100% of the time but knowing its there and getting it even a couple times helps. First you want to make sure to Chao is sit still and facing you, you can do this by petting him to make him stop or by feeding him a fruit. While he is sit down you wan to get in a chaos length of him (you can use your characters shadow on the ground to measure your distance. Drop the animal/Chao drive in front of him, if you did it correctly the Chao will absorb the statistics however will flick the animal/Chao drive back to be reused.
This is much easier with animals since they stay in place after use, however, with Chao Drives they fly backwards and that ruins your current positioning with your Chao. You can choose to grab your Chao and readjust yourself with the Chao Drive or you can keep him sit down by petting him or feeding him fruit while you grab the Chao drive and position yourself again.
