Once you have 12,500 Sega Miles purchase Beat and then head to the Tokyo-to - Shibuya Downtown (first Jet Set Radio track on the list)
About 1/3 of the way you can either go through a tunnel or go up a ramp either side of the tunnel, go up the ramp and as you turn left you will be heading towards a billboard. This is where you will get the achievement.
As soon as you get airborne rapidly press LT and you will do at least 3 tricks whilst you are in the air
ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED
Oh a little note as well if you have not unlocked "Triple Trouble" by this point you will get that as well

Not only that, one of the earlyest missions involved beat on the track, that when i did it!

I've made a video showing you exactly where to go and jump in the Shibuya Downtown level with Beat. Be sure not to push the RB button a fourth by accident, and try to attempt another trick.
If you haven't already, you will gain this achievement also.
