Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing

There are several places where this can be gotten, and i'd recommend a small driver such as Alex Kidd to give you more time. Simply approach a ramp as fast as possible, then once in the air hit LT to do a trick. Repeat this three times, then once you hit the floor you should have a red boost and Achievement Unlocked.

Make sure you successfully pull off the third trick however, otherwise you wont land successfully, lose your boost and not get the achievement.

Jumps that spring to mind: (All of these were done with Alex Kidd, not sure if that makes a difference)

Shibuya Downtown - After drifting around two corners from the start line, you will come to a tunnel, on either side of the tunnel is two ramps up, take one of these and follow the path round to a boost ramp infront of a billboard. Break through and hit the 3 tricks (Doing this as Beat also unlocks another Achievement)
Ocean Ruin - After going underwater, near the end of the tunnel you will be boosted into a jump that will give you ample opportunity to land 3 tricks.

There are probably other tracks, but these two are the first that spring to mind. Id recommend Shibuya Downtown to get the other achievement.

I found it easiest to do in the level thats called "Shinobuya Tokyo-to or something like that....... Theres a huge jump and thats where i did it.

Another great place to get plenty of air is in the Monkey Ball level called Pirates Ocean Monkey Target. It's the annoying one with all the hairpins when you return to the start/finish line.

Select Alex Kid (I find him to be the easiest to see the tricks on).
Turbo start by pressing and holding accelerate (RT) when the countdown is at 2.
Speed ahead of the field and hit all 5 boost plates on the downward ramp.
You'll have plenty of time to do the three tricks (press LT x 3 while airborne) and make the landing (that's the important part).

The achievement will pop as soon as you hit the ground in one piece.

Here's a video showing exactly how this achievement is done. I landed on top of a bus and it still counted. Be sure to just to press LB the three times, and not try to attempt a fourth trick.

If you do it on Tokyo-to Downtown level with Beat, like I have done in the video, you will also obtain this achievement:

Dead easy especially at the start (as all other guides suggest Alex Kidd, who's a later game character). Boot up a Quick Race on the track Shibuya Downtown, and choose your Avatar as the racer you want to use. After you start the race, you'll come to a sort of 3 way fork (after the first left hand turn), where two offramps(?) are on either side of a tunnel, take the right offramp, when you reach the top, there'll be a sharp left turn towards a ramp. When you hit the ramp, spam and you should hit the third trick before you land.
