So to get this achievement you will firstly need to have purchased both Ryo and Jacky&Akira so that they are both in the race (18500 each, 37000 total), then stay back in the race until you earn Ryo's all-star move (indicated by a key symbol) then use in, Ryo will now control a fork-lift which you flip opponents with, find Jacky&Akira (red sports car) and flip them, voila.

You don't need to by Jacky & Akira to see them in a race. I think they're automaticly in the race if you play with Ryo? At least they have appeared within every I've played with Ryo.

Well i restarted 20 races, all on different tracks with Ryo and they didnt show, and the minute i purchased them they showed.
