All I have to say is: do your best.

In the daytime missions, there are 3 types: Ring Attack, Time Attack and Enemy Attack. And you'll have to go through three levels, which get harder.
The time attack is to reach the goal as fast as possible, so keep boosting and continuously drifting. The level 3 requires to clear the stage within 2 minutes and a half.
The ring attack is to collect rings and, if you take no damage, that should be a piece of cake. The level 3 requires you to collect 300 of them.
The enemy attack is to defeat the Eggman's robots, and the level 3 is required to defeat 25 enemies.

But that's not all. The nighttime missions, for me, were what I found most difficult to complete, especially Survival, which at level 3 has a small amount of health, and no rings or other resources to fullfil the health bar, so the best you can do is to keep dodging the enemies or blocking their attack by activating the shield. There is also the time attack which work the same as the daytime counterpart, and the objective of level 3 of the latter is to defeat the sub-boss and clear the stage within 10 minutes.

That's it. After you clear the last required mission, the achievement should unlock. I hope it helped you all!

I have some tips for the werehog hotdogs.
1- Use the LT/RT + A + Y combo to get through enemies fast and to knock them out of the way.
2- If you feel comfortable, try jumping instead of walking in tightrope sections.
3- Pay attention to if killing enemies is necessary to progress or not. Sometimes you can just skip past them.
4- If you are tired of playing the same level over and over again (Don't blame you), try playing other levels or other hotdog missions!
