This is a relatively easy achievement, just go to Chun-nan (Night/Day) Complete all missions that Don Fachio has to offer.
The only challenging parts to this may be in Sonic's night stage time trials. (The last one will be difficult if you don't know shortcuts in the Werehog stage) Note: At one point in the level you will have to press (B) to do some sort of pole vault. On one you should see a line of enemies to your left when you go airborne. You are going to want to grab the first one and then follow the trail of floating enemies to a pagoda roof which you can shimmy. Go around it and jump on the Dragon (This is the major shortcut) Should help a LOT in the time trial.
