There Are 50 Total "Notes" You Must Find To Get This Achievement To Pop.

However, To Get The Achievement To Pop, After You Get The Last Note, You May Need To Do What I Did:
- Save The Game
- Close The Game Completely (Back To Windows)
- Start And Reload Your Game With All 50 Notes
- Pick Anything Up (I Picked Up A Cloth, Off Of A Dog Sled)
- Achievement Popped
