However, To Get The Achievement To Pop, After You Get The Last Blueprint, You May Need To Do What I Did:
- Save The Game
- Close The Game Completely (Back To Windows)
- Start And Reload Your Game With All 16 Blueprints
- Pick Anything Up (I Picked Up A Stick Off The Ground)
- Achievement Popped
