South of the Circle

This is story related and cannot be missed. After leaving the second building in the Norwegian Base (when Scholar (150G) unlocks), walk along the coast into the fog. You will pass two grave markers and eventually discover a red vehicle. Enter the vehicle then check the glove compartment, turn the key then grip the steering wheel. You will then turn off the vehicle and contemplate carrying on. While you are thinking, you see a flare in the distance. Seeing this as a sign, you turn the vehicle back on and decide to continue, which will unlock the achievement.
