You can get this pretty easily on the first level that you get from Henrietta.

Just load a cannonball and wait for a group of at least 3 enemies to spawn and kill them.

The easiest place to get this is chapter 5. Right at the start outside the hospital is a cannon, which you can use to kill two ranged enemies stood on top of the entrance sign.

As you run towards the first fight area, turn left and there’s a cannon ball behind some snowy trees. Just up to the left of this is the cannon, so load it up and strike. Restart the level and repeat to get the final kill and achievement.
