How to unlock the Socially Transmitted Distraction achievement in SOUTH PARK: SNOW DAY! - Definitive Guide

(Achievement is currently unobtainable, so if you ask me if I can help, there's nothing I can do sadly, send as many support tickets to THQ)
This is a viral achievement that is obtained by getting the STD from another player online.

Also got it from @Flaw :) (I just randomly joined any game and got into his koopa keep lobby)

Will be sitting in Kupa Keep for the next hour or so. If you join my game Do the finger bang dance or something to alert me and I will go in to a match (achievement unlocks as you pick your cards)

The achievement and Chin Diaper cosmetic are now obtainable as of 4/17/24.

To get the achievement you must join a game with someone in the Kupa Keep hub world while the host is wearing the Chin Diaper cosmetic.

The host must then start a new mission and the achievement will unlock as you are choosing your cards. All players will then have the Chin Diaper cosmetic on after choosing your cards at the start of the mission.

Unlocking the achievement also unlocks the Chin Diaper cosmetic allowing you to host with it on to spread the achievement.

The achievement and cosmetic will not unlock if you join someone in progress during a mission. You must first join in the Kupa Keep hub and then start a new mission with the host.

Check the group postings for people to play with on Xbox. I found someone that posted "Who wants to get infected?" Replied to him and within about 3 minutes I had the achievement.
