You gain this by completing the first scene from the start of the game, until you fly off in your ship. It can be unlocked on the lowest difficulty showing what buttons to press when.

If you followed the Road Map and took care of the "Get the Popcorn" trophy, then this one will undoubtedly come next. Simply choose any game on any difficulty and press the 
when prompted shortly after the first few moves at the beginning of the game (which is
