Report 6 is the easiest report to achieve this on. Go into the options and set every action to the A button, so you only need to worry about the timing.

There are only three secrets, two at the very beginning (second and third beats of the intro music), and the third right after the mid-level checkpoint, which occurs when Ulala gets knocked out by Purge's robot, right before the clapping portion (the secret is when Ulala says "When have I ever lost... at dancing?" right as she finishes saying the word "lost").

You should have 76% completion at the mid-level checkpoint. If you miss the third secret or anything else after the checkpoint, you can pause and select "Continue from Midway," and restart from the checkpoint with your progress retained. You do not have to start the whole level over from the beginning!

When the credits start you will have 199% completion. There is one final move at the very end of the credits-- you'll see Purge walking across the bottom of the screen.
