Upon loading the game up you will be directed by Con-rad to head on over to your right to the training area. At the end of the room you will see a terminal. Walk on over to it and hit . This will bring up a selection screen and as you are only starting up the only one available to you right now will be "Program 1 - Basic Controls". Select this and head on into the training area. You will now be instructed to jump up onto the platforms - some of thee will require you to do a double jump or two but it's pretty straight forward. Once you are up and over and the platforms start to appear out of the wall be careful not to fall on the floor or you will have to restart the process over from the start. After safely making it through this section you will then come up against some harmless bots that you can practise the variety of moves on. As soon as this is done the achievement will pop up and it will be another 20 points on your total.

This is a rather easy achievement walk to the the right side of the ship and do disk 1. Teaches you the basics of the game with a bit of of Simon Pegg's voice to help you along. Finish it and there's your achievement , enjoy!
