Spider-Man: Edge of Time

Story related and cannot be missed.

This is near the end of Chapter 8: Here there be Monsters, when you’ll have to save Amazing Spider-Man from being crushed by deactivating the three computers to remove the locks off the security door. Once you run through the now unlocked security door, you’ll need to destroy a door to crawl into the vents in order to get to the other side. Get past the lasers and then you’ll gain access to the Restricted Achieves Computer to save Amazing Spider-Man's life, thus unlocking your trophy.
